½cupchopped yellow onion

3cupswhite ricecooked
115 ozcan of black beans
2cupscorn

Instructions
First, cook your rice according to the package instructions.
While the rice is cooking, add the ground beef and onion to a skillet. Cook over medium heat for 7-10 minutes or until the juices run clear.
